Hatha Yoga Classes
Yoga Learning Lab is steeped in the Hatha Based tradition for now. This branch of Yoga practice consists of the eight limbs of Ashtanga Yoga. We continue to strive to ground our practice in world of science. It is very empowering to understand the basis of how the body functions and with that tool set the stage is set for the transformation of life itself in the domain of living. Every program developed and taught at the Yoga Learning Lab is firmly rooted in the science of how the body works.
